1. Starting the Exchange
The exchange process consists of three main steps:
- Selecting currencies – Choose the cryptocurrency you want to exchange and the one you wish to receive.
- Providing details – Enter your recipient address where the funds will be sent after the exchange.
- Sending funds – Transfer the specified amount to the provided deposit address. Once received, the exchange will be processed automatically.

We support a wide range of cryptocurrencies. You can find the full list on the exchange page when selecting the currency pair.Always ensure that the network you select matches the one displayed on the exchange page. Sending funds via an unsupported network may result in loss of assets.The minimum and maximum amounts vary depending on the selected cryptocurrency and network. The exact limits will be displayed when creating an exchange.2. Payment and Sending Funds
There are a few possible reasons:
- Your transaction may still be unconfirmed on the blockchain.
- The amount sent does not match the required amount.
- The exchange may be delayed due to network congestion.
Check the transaction status on the blockchain and ensure it was sent correctly. If the issue persists, contact support.
Once the funds are sent and confirmed on the blockchain, the exchange is automatically processed, and cancellation is not possible.Unfortunately, we are unable to return funds sent to an incorrect address, as the transaction is irreversible. Please double-check all details before confirming your exchange.- If your transaction has been unconfirmed for a long time, it may be due to low network fees.
- In some cases, blockchain congestion can cause delays.
You can check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer. If needed, you may attempt to speed it up by increasing the transaction fee (if supported by your wallet).
- If you send less than the required amount, the exchange may not be processed, and funds could be lost.
- If you send more, only the specified amount will be exchanged, and the excess may not be recoverable.
Always send the exact amount displayed on the exchange page.
3. Completing the Exchange
Once the exchange is completed, the status will change to "Successfully completed." You will also receive a transaction ID to track the payment on the blockchain.Confirm the recipient address and check the blockchain transaction ID. If the transaction is confirmed but not visible in your wallet, contact your wallet provider.If the transaction was sent after the order expired or to an incorrect address, the exchange cannot be processed. Contact support with your transaction details for further assistance.4. Fees and Limits
We do not charge hidden fees. The final exchange rate and network fee are displayed before you confirm the exchange.Limits depend on the selected cryptocurrency and network. You can view the exact values on the exchange page before confirming the transaction.5. Security and Verification
No, our service does not require registration or identity verification.To ensure a successful transaction:
- Double-check the recipient address.
- Use the correct network for the selected cryptocurrency.
- Send the exact amount specified on the exchange page.
- Always use the official website.
- Do not share your transaction details with third parties.
- Enable security measures in your wallet, such as two-factor authentication (2FA).
6. Support and Troubleshooting
